Today I have taken delivery of a ford fiesta 1.6tdci titanium. To say the car is 5 years old it is absolutely imaculate both inside and out and drives like a dream. I came into your show room late last night and this morning wanting to have a look at a ford zetech for a company car, after hours of driving and going to four other ford garages where me and me partner were basically pushed out of the door by uninterested salesman once I mentioned that I was looking for a company car and they weren’t going to get a ‘quick sale.’ However you guys were totally different your sales executive ‘Antony’ was extremely helpful towards me and my partner, even though knowing he wasn’t going to get my business he still continued to book me in for a test drive. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Antony and the rest of the sales team for your exceptional customer service, even though you won’t be getting my business this time I will deffinatly be recommending and sending people your way!

Recently bought a C Max Diesel from Dave Evans. Bought the car over the phone almost immediately just going off the website details. Could not fault the service and was really pleased with the car. Have bought from Matlock Ford previously and would not hesitate buying again. A very happy customer. Thank You.
My partner bought his Kuga from Matlock Ford and the service he received from Antony Bridger was excellent. So much so that I returned a couple of months later and purchased a Fiesta when once again the service from Antony was excellent. Today my partners Kuga was booked in for a service and we had told them that we would wait for the vehicle. We duly dropped it off at 10.30am and were told it would take a couple of hours so we returned at 12.30 and were given cups of coffee as the service “hadn’t quite finished”!!! Having waited for well over an hour I asked how much longer we were likely to have to wait only to be told that no one was working on the vehicle at that time as it was lunch time!! We eventually got the vehicle back at 2pm – an hour and a half later than first told! We even had to request that it not be washed and vacuumed as we couldn’t wait any longer. Obviously we found this whole experience very unsatisfactory as we were not kept informed at all as to why we were having to wait so long. This has tarnished our view of Matlock Ford and makes it highly unlikely that I will return when the service is due on my vehicle. All that was needed was to have been kept informed. Extremely disappointing!!
We have used matlock Ford on several occasions for a number of our company vehicles . never had a problem always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . And especially kerri Harris on the front desk. So helpful, friendly and always happy . A total credit to Matlock ford .

Thank you to Anthony Bridger for sourcing my S Max from Ford Direct. The car is absolutely brilliant and the service has been first class. Anthony has now sold me three cars over recent years. Having enquired at state of the art franchises (Audi, BMW, VW) I was much happier dealing in a more traditional manner. The whole process was stress free, straight forward and quick.
