I would like to say a big thank you to both David and Kerrie for their excellent customer service skills. David was pro-active when I needed a garage for my car to be towed to on a Sunday. No issues, just everything made easy.
Kerrie is incredibly consistent with every customer interaction, from putting my Mont Blanc pen to one side whilst left in the car to being on top of every call and question that I’ve asked.
I’ve had a tough time with my new car over the last two weeks with one problem after another, but I do need to recognise the effort and commitment from the team at Matlock Ford. A great example of customer service at it’s best. I’ve personally phoned today to pass on my feedback with regard to Kerrie and would like my comments passed directly onto the family who own the business as she is a real credit to you.

Just bought my new Fiesta ST Line the family’s 7th purchase from Matlock Ford. What can I say but yet again brilliant service from all from sales, service and the cleaning guys. A big thank you to David, John, And Tony for all you hard work from me ordering the car some time ago to delivery on first of May. Will be back again in 18 month to 2 years to purchase another.

Today I have taken delivery of a ford fiesta 1.6tdci titanium. To say the car is 5 years old it is absolutely imaculate both inside and out and drives like a dream. Once again back to Matlock Ford for purchase number 9.
I will never go anywhere else Matlock Ford have always treated me fair and David Evans my personal salesman was there to help me once again. He made this so easy and it was a pleasure to deal with him.
I am now the proud owner of a new Ford Edge Titanium. What a car and so easy to drive. It has everything on it that makes life easier driving. I’m so impressed. Thank you again Matlock Ford and especially David Evans.

Hi,

I came into your show room late last night and this morning wanting to have a look at a ford zetech for a company car, after hours of driving and going to four other ford garages where me and me partner were basically pushed out of the door by uninterested salesman once I mentioned that I was looking for a company car and they weren’t going to get a ‘quick sale.’ However you guys were totally different your sales executive ‘Antony’ was extremely helpful towards me and my partner, even though knowing he wasn’t going to get my business he still continued to book me in for a test drive. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Antony and the rest of the sales team for your exceptional customer service, even though you won’t be getting my business this time I will deffinatly be recommending and sending people your way!

My partner bought his Kuga from Matlock Ford and the service he received from Antony Bridger was excellent. So much so that I returned a couple of months later and purchased a Fiesta when once again the service from Antony was excellent. Today my partners Kuga was booked in for a service and we had told them that we would wait for the vehicle. We duly dropped it off at 10.30am and were told it would take a couple of hours so we returned at 12.30 and were given cups of coffee as the service “hadn’t quite finished”!!! Having waited for well over an hour I asked how much longer we were likely to have to wait only to be told that no one was working on the vehicle at that time as it was lunch time!! We eventually got the vehicle back at 2pm – an hour and a half later than first told! We even had to request that it not be washed and vacuumed as we couldn’t wait any longer. Obviously we found this whole experience very unsatisfactory as we were not kept informed at all as to why we were having to wait so long. This has tarnished our view of Matlock Ford and makes it highly unlikely that I will return when the service is due on my vehicle. All that was needed was to have been kept informed. Extremely disappointing!!

We have used matlock Ford on several occasions for a number of our company vehicles . never had a problem always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . And especially kerri Harris on the front desk. So helpful, friendly and always happy . A total credit to Matlock ford .

Thanks for the excellent customer service !!
I brought a Ford Fiesta ST Line from ford matlock today and my experience was amazing!
I came from Leicester to collect and its an amazing car I LOVE IT!
They both did everything that the both said they would, they treated me with respect and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and buy another car from ford matlock.
I have had issues with my brand new shape fiesta brought in evans halshaw Leicester and I wished I would have came here first they really are both amazing salesmen.
